Meta ad audit, Salt Lake City

A free ad audit for Juniper Aesthetics

We looked at the Meta ads Juniper Aesthetics is running right now and wrote up what we'd change. It takes about 4 minutes to read.

Hi Jess,

Thanks for taking a minute with this. I hope the cookies made it to the front desk in one piece.

We spent some time with the ads Juniper is running on Facebook and Instagram right now. You clearly do great work, and a few small changes could help your ads show that.

Below is exactly what we would change, in the order we would do it. No strings attached.

What we'd change, in order

Priority 1

Every ad leads with price, so you're competing on price

All six of your active ads open with a per-unit tox price and words like "special" and "limited spots."

When the price is the headline, people compare you to the cheapest spa nearby. The patients who come in for a deal are also the least likely to rebook at full price.

What we'd do: Lead with your injector and real patient words about natural results. Keep a new-patient offer, but make it the reason to book now, not the whole message.

Priority 2

Your ads send people to your homepage

Every ad links to juniperaesthetics.com, where visitors land on a general welcome page with a menu of twelve services.

Someone who tapped an ad about tox has to hunt for the right service and a way to book. Most people give up within a few seconds on their phone.

What we'd do: Build one dedicated offer page that matches the ad, with your reviews, a photo of your injector, and a booking calendar right on the page.

Priority 3

The same images have been running since spring

Your oldest ad has been live since April, and all six use similar static graphics.

People who follow you have seen these many times, so they scroll past. Meta also shows tired ads to fewer people and charges more for them.

What we'd do: Shoot three 15-second phone videos: your injector introducing herself, a walk through the treatment room, and a patient sharing how they felt. Then add new creative every 3 to 4 weeks. Meta restricts before-and-after photos for cosmetic treatments, so we build around people and experience instead.

The first 30 days

  1. Week 1

    Listen and set up

A call with you and your front desk, then we set up tracking so every booking from an ad is counted.

  2. Week 2

    Build the offer page

A simple page for new patients with your reviews, your injector, and a booking calendar.

  3. Week 3

    Film and launch

We help you shoot three short phone videos and launch the new ads alongside your best current one.

  4. Week 4

    Read the results together

A plain report on cost per booked consult, what is working, and what we change next.
