What we'd change, in order

Priority 1

Every ad sells one $1,500 treatment

You're keeping things fresh, with new creative launched Aug 31, Sep 10 and Sep 28, and a mix of video and static. All 6 active ads promote XERF, though, and all 6 use the same primary text. Your site lists $1,500 per session or 2 for $2,500. Nothing is running for injectables, which is what your reviews mention most, and nothing is running for easy first visits like your Free Skin Analysis, tox at $12 a unit, or your signature Mini Lip Plump at $375.

A $1,500 device treatment is a big first yes for someone who has never been in. When every dollar goes to one high-ticket service, cold audiences don't get a low-risk way to try you, and your injectors' calendars get no help from Meta at all.

What we'd do: Keep XERF running, and add a second lane of ads for a lower-commitment first visit: a tox or Mini Lip Plump intro, or the Free Skin Analysis. Each ad should link straight to that service in your booking tool. Then judge both lanes by cost per booked consult, not by clicks.

Priority 2

One ad says "laser." Your page says "not a laser."

Your XERF page is strong. It shows clear pricing, an FAQ, provider bios, reviews, and a plain statement: "XERF is a non-surgical radiofrequency (RF) skin-tightening treatment, not a laser treatment." But one of your static ads says "Advanced LASER Skin Tightening" in large type. Its badge also says "Zero downtime," while the page says "no routine downtime."

Someone who clicks expecting a laser lands on a page that says it isn't one. That small disconnect costs trust at the exact moment they're deciding whether to book. Keeping ad claims matched word for word to the landing page also protects you in Meta's review of cosmetic ads.

What we'd do: Rewrite the static so it says radiofrequency, uses the same downtime wording as the page, and puts the real package price up front.

Priority 3

Your strongest asset is on Instagram, not in your ads

Your Instagram (62.4K followers) is built around people. It has story highlights for Laura, Chantel, Jason and LipsByRegan, plus lots of provider-led Reels. Your reviews page shows 1,141 Google reviews averaging 4.94, and the same names keep coming up: Regan, Laura, Jason, Dallas, Natalie. Your ads open with a device and stock-style imagery. None of them name a provider or quote a review.

In med spa, people book a person before they book a treatment. Ads that show the injector and repeat what real clients say ("no pressure," "doesn't try to sell you things you don't need") answer the main worry a first-time client has.

What we'd do: Turn two or three of your best provider Reels into ads, each with one line about that provider's credentials (for example, Regan is an Allergan National Trainer). Pair them with simple statics that quote real reviews. No before-and-after photos in ads. Let the provider and the reviews carry it.

The first 30 days

  1. Week 1

    Fix what's live

Correct the laser wording and downtime claim on the XERF static and add the 2-for-$2,500 package to the copy.

  2. Week 2

    Open an injectables lane

Launch provider-led video ads for one entry offer, each linked straight to that service in your booking tool.

  3. Week 3

    Put reviews to work

Add review-quote statics and retarget XERF page visitors with the package price.

  4. Week 4

    Read and reallocate

Compare cost per booked consult across both lanes and move budget to whatever is filling calendars.
